Covid-19/Coronavirus has had significant impact on the aging population. We want to protect participants as well as our staff. The following policy has been put in place to offer guidance to staff. As CDC policies change, this policy will be modified to reflect the most current information.
- Staff and participants will be expected to wear a mask on premises except when eating.
- Staff and participants are encouraged to wash their hands frequently. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the Center.
- Caretakers will not be allowed in the Center. They will be asked to escort the participant to the door and staff will receive the participant.
- Staff and participants will have their temperature taken upon arrival each day.
- All facility areas including common areas, restrooms, and class areas will receive rigorous cleaning with CDC approved sanitizing agents each evening.
- Visitors will only be allowed in the Center after having a temperature check. Visitors must wear a mask while in the Center.
